In Season 1, every commander fights with one of three squad types. Each has a carry that defines it. Each beats one. Each loses to another. The triangle is older than the Plague — and it does not bend.

Mono-type squads receive +20% HP, Attack, and Defense. Counter advantages add another +20% on top. The triangle is the math of war.

Most of what kills a commander in Season 1 is not the Crimson Queen. It is what happens at four in the morning, when no one is looking. These are the patterns. Memorize them.
While you sleep, the alliance starts a rally. Your troops join automatically. The "ignore all-out attacks" toggle does not stop them.

Every season grows its own vocabulary. These are the words you will hear in the alliance chat, in the rally call, in the late-night Discord voice channel. Learn them and you will not be lost.
The stat that determines whether your squad survives an infected target. The single most important number in Season 1.
The world boss available daily for first-blood kills. Yields seasonal Mutant Crystal when killed during S1.
Elite enemies on the S1 map. Renamed and recolored from pre-season Doom Elites; mutated by the Plague.
The Queen's army. Attacks alliance-held cities every Tuesday and Friday at 12:00 server time, beginning Week 2. Thirty waves per attack.
